You indicated in the survey that you like to go shopping. When was the last time you got a refund for an item you purchased? What didn't you like about it? Did you face any problems when you were returning the item?

A couple of weeks ago, I visited Lotte-Mart to get a few winter items. Among the items, I got 6 pairs of bed socks. They were cute, fluffy, and comfortable.

However, when I got home, my mom told me that she had ordered plenty of bed socks for me. She knew that I had needed extra pairs of bed socks. She even got them for only half the price that I had paid. Since they were gifts from my mom, I decided to get a refund on the ones that I bought. Then, I remembered that I had taken off the tags on all of my socks. I had my receipt, but there was no way to get a refund. I still went back to the store and asked a staff member for a refund. The answer was, “Sorry, but no.”

Well, it was not a big deal, but I learned a lesson: I shall think twice before I take the tags off items I purchase.
